1. Processing Time

  • Prints: Prints are processed and shipped within approximately 7-10 business days from the date of your order. We aim to deliver your artwork as swiftly as possible.

  • Originals: Originals require special handling and take longer to process. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing. This ensures each piece is packed with the utmost care.

2. Shipping Rates and Method

  • We offer Standard Shipping only. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order size and will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment.

4. Handling and Packaging

We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Prints are securely rolled and shipped in protective tubes, while originals are packed with extra cushioning and may be shipped in custom boxes.

5. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for prints within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for original artworks. Please contact us at louie.eiuo@gmail.com to initiate a return or for any questions about your order.
